Child policy: - Children under 5 years old are free of charge, but a complimentary ticket must be booked on the official website. Good to know: - Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour, as tours depart on time. - Photography is strictly prohibited inside the cave. - Bags and suitcases larger than 15 litres, aerosols and dangerous objects are prohibited. - Pushchairs are not allowed inside the cave; bring a baby carrier when visiting with a baby. - The site is not wheelchair accessible due to sloping ground and staircase access to the cave. - Pets are not permitted, except guide dogs. - The cave temperature is 13°C, so warm clothing is recommended. - Smoking is prohibited throughout the site. - Check the official website for the daily opening hours and closure dates prior to your visit.
